On June 12, 2026, faculty and professors from Kanazawa University in Japan visited Alison & Kate Partners in Ulaanbaatar, where three of the firm's staff — B. Ariunzaya, B. Enkhjavkhlan, and G. Uyanga — are alumni of the university and met with their former professors.
The delegation also joined a discussion hosted by the Mongolian Bar Association as guest speakers on the topic of "Reform of Family Law in Japan and the Family Court System," exploring recent changes to Japanese family law, the structure of family courts, and child protection mechanisms in comparison with Mongolian legal practice.
The visit reinforced the academic and professional ties between Mongolia and Japan. Alison & Kate Partners has also been recognized by Nagoya University for its international outlook and its ongoing internship partnership with CJL Mongolia.
