Participation in the Japan–Mongolia Business Partnership Meeting Organized by JETRO and TDB

Representatives from Alison & Kate Partners participated in the Japan–Mongolia Business Partnership Meeting and Seminar jointly organized by JETRO and Trade and Development Bank of Mongolia, welcoming executives from over 20 Japanese companies.

The Japan–Mongolia Business Partnership Meeting and Seminar, jointly organized by JETRO (Japan External Trade Organization) and the Trade and Development Bank of Mongolia, successfully convened. The event welcomed executives from more than 20 Japanese companies seeking opportunities within Mongolia's market.

Representatives from Alison and Kate Partners LLC and its subsidiary, Alison and Kate Finance LLC, participated in the proceedings. Both firms engaged in discussions examining the current legal and financial dimensions of Japan-Mongolia business relations.

Key Investment Data

Japanese investment in Mongolia accounts for 3.5% of total FDI, reaching approximately $1.7 billion. Currently, 408 Japanese-invested enterprises operate in Mongolia. Japanese capital concentrates primarily in wholesale and retail trade (44%), administrative and support services (14%), and professional, scientific, and technical services (6%).

The organizers characterized the meeting as "a significant step toward expanding business cooperation between Mongolia and Japan and opening new avenues for investment."
